Never. Our pricing is 100% flat — we don't take a cut of your media budget. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms. We charge a fixed fee for our time, strategy, and expertise. This keeps us incentivized around efficiency and ROAS, not spend volume.

With Personalized Strategy, we do the thinking and you do the doing. You receive a complete playbook and 3 months of guidance, but your internal team (or freelancers) handle execution. With Full Funnel Setup, we handle everything — campaign build, tracking, ad copy, launch — and hand it over fully operational.

Most clients are onboarded within 3–5 business days of the discovery call. We move fast. Onboarding includes access handoff, goal alignment, and kickoff brief — then we're off to the races.

We have deep experience in fitness, e-commerce, and B2B lead gen. We've scaled brands like Groupon, Orangetheory Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Crunch Fitness. That said, our performance systems translate across verticals — if you have strong unit economics and want to scale paid media, we're worth a conversation.

Multi-month retainers are billed upfront. Early termination is not eligible for refund, but we work hard to make sure that never comes up. We'd rather over-deliver than lose a client. If something isn't working, talk to us first — we'll fix it.
